Inside Outside Oostende
Op beide locaties benut de club alle mogelijkheden: stages, trainingen, incentives, sportdagen en een hele reeks clubactiviteiten. De club is opgericht sinds 1976 en was in oorsprong een zuivere windsurfvereniging. Gaandeweg kwamen er andere watersporten bij. Naast windsurfen hebben we nu een sterke actieve groep kitesurfers, windsurfers en zwaardbootzeilers. Daarnaast zijn er ook activiteiten in het raften, brandingskajak en catamaran voor kinderen.
Kom even kijken en proef van het aanbod. We zijn er voor alle geinteresseerden, leden krijgen echter steeds voorrang of korting.

In onze permanente topsport scholen kan je nadat je de cursussen hebt gevolgd je vervolmaken en zelfs uitgroeien tot topsporter in je favoriete discipline.
Wij zorgen voor top-coaches/trainers jij hoeft enkel de drive en het plezier mee te brengen.

Vanwege onderhoud aan de jetski en trailer op Outside is deze buiten gebruik tot 18/10/2019.

NOTICE OF RACE
13.10.2019 Inside Outside VZW Ostend - Spuikom
The regatta will be organized by Inside Outside VZW in co-operation with Europe Class Belgium and Spirou Class Belgium
The races will be sailed at Ostend - Spuikom on 13.10.2019.
1.1 The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing 2017-2020.
1.2 The prescriptions of the national authority (KBYV-FRBY) will apply.
1.3 The class rules of each corresponding class will apply.
1.4 This notice of race will apply.
1.5 The sailing instructions will apply.
1.6 If there is a conflict between languages the English text will take precedence.
2.1 Advertising will be in accordance to ISAF Regulation 20.
2.2 Boats may be required to display advertising chosen and supplied by the organizing authority.
3. eligibility and entry
3.1 The regatta is open to all boats of the Europe and Spirou Class.
3.2 Each boat shall be a full member of her national class association.
3.3 Each boat shall produce a valid sailing license.
3.4 Eligible boats may enter by completing the entry form and paying the required fee in the regatta office.
4.1 the required fee is set to 10,00 €
4.2 Payment has to be done in cash money during registration.

09h00 – 10h00 registration
10h30 first warning signal following races as soon as possible
16h00 no warning signal will be given after this time Notice Of Race – National Regatta Europe Class / Spirou Trophy - Ostend
Price giving ceremony will follow as soon as possible
6.1 Each boat shall have a valid measurement certificate and the necessary measurement form as required by its national authority.
7. Sailing Instructions
7.1 The sailings instructions will be available at registration in the Regatta Office.
8.1 The scoring system is as follow : Low point system
8.2 Three races are required to be completed to constitute a series.
8.3 When fewer than 4 races have been completed, a boat’s serie score will be the total of her race scores.
8.4 When 4 or more races have been completed, a boat’s series score will be the total of her race scores excluding her worst score.
9. Support boats
9.1 Teamleaders and/or coaches shall register at the registration office before the start of the first race and give the sail numbers of all boats they are supporting.
10. disclaimer of liability
10.1 Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See rule 4, Decision to Race. The organizing authority or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organization shall not be liable for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, after the regatta, ashore or afloat.
10.2 Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of the sailor. It is the sole responsibility of the parents/guardians of the sailor to decide if the sailor should sail in the weather and sea conditions that might arise during the Regatta. Parents/guardians not personally attending any part of the event must ensure that another adult is authorized and designated to make these decisions for the sailor.
11.1 Each participating boat shall be insured with valid third-party liability insurance with a minimum cover of 1.000.000 € per incident or the equivalent.
11.2 It shall be the sole responsibility of each competitor to have such insurance and to provide the written proof thereof at registration, without which entry will be refused.
12.1 During all weekend food and drinks will be available at democratic prices.

15. media and image rights
15.1 Participants authorize the organization to use any media it deems necessary for commercial purposes. By entering this regatta, sailors on the competing boats grant the absolute right Notice Of Race – National Regatta Europe Class / Spirou Trophy - Ostend and permission to use their names, voices, images, likenesses as well as representations of their boats in any media published by the organization (including television, print and internet).

By signing this document the participant acknowledges to have read and to understand the
sailings instruction and the Racing Rules of Sailing. He confirms to have a valid third-party
liability insurance. He accepts that the organizing authority will not accept any responsibility for
material damage nor personal injury.
It is the sole responsibility of the participant to decide to take part in the regatta or not,
depending on the conditions that may arise.
In case of minor, the signature of the parent is required.
